Where is version 4.81 patch 1043

What happens with v4.81.1043. I have downloaded this version a few days ago. I would like to upgrade my server to this release. Are there any problems with this release?

Hold off on upgrading to 4.81.1043 for now. There has been an issue identified with exchange envelope journaling.
