Broken RAID

Hello
I went into RAID BIOS, (Ctrl I) broke the raid (non-RAID) wiped the two disks.
I now want to go back to RAID 0 but no longer get the Ctl I screen on boot. Pressing Ctl I does nothing also.
ALSO - when I installed XP with Svc pack 2 included, it showed the TWO 150 G drives instead of the one 300G drive as options to install on.
If I do the F6 thing, it says that the drivers are already included and are newer that the ones I am trying to install with floppy.  (The SATA drives plug right into the board.)
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, LS

OK, that was my problem. The link stated set to RAID/AHCI autodetect, I had it set to ATA.
Thanks for the help, I am off to the task.

No, not ahci   is there a Raid On setting?

Bev's link is a good one but does it address your real problem?

I'll check the BIOS. There may be a RAID only but I don't recall seeing that.
The factory default is RAID AUTO DETECT/ ACHI
I'll also check the link. Thanks

Be sure Raid is enabled in the F2  bios and did not get changed somehow

"showed the TWO 150 G drives instead of the one 300G drive as options to install on."

This is because you broke the Raid pack.
