I have a problem with my CD drive it'll play DVDS but NOT CDS when i put a cd in nothing happens i have i t-mobile dongle and that shows up as cd drive when i take out there's no cd drivers.but it'll still play dvds.i have tried to download cd drivers from dell it the laptop wont let me.i have windows 7.and a latitude D520.

CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE.IT WONT EVEN TAKE THE DISC TO INSTALL NORTON,OR MY PRINTER.can anyone help
