Hello,

I just re-installed my OS after following some of the directions on the website (such as deleting the partition, and creating the new one to do a fresh install). My question is, both my mother and I have a Dell and both have the purple Operating System CD. When I installed Windows, it did not ask me for the product key on the side of the computer. How do I know it is the right product key?
