Hard disk crash
I have a optiplex GX620 DELL Desktop computer.My computer was working very good.
Suddenly one day in the morning when i started the computer i found that i get a message on the screen Error reading drive press Ctrl+Alt+Del.Since the PC was in warranty i contacted DELL and found that my Hard disk is crashed.Now i need to retrive the content of my hard disk how can i do?
Secondly i have another PC of the same model and on starting and stopping i found peculiar noices from the PC.Would this also lead to the same hard disk issue.Kindly advise me.

Install the 'failed' hard drive as a slave in either the GX620 or another system and see if the can transfer the files you need.
Note: You can only transfer files, all programs and applications need to be reinstalled from their discs or from the publisher's website.
