How to delete restore points

I have recently deleted or removed restore points from computer properties somewhere. Can someone please help me out here and tell me how to remove my system restore points.

    Just turn the system restore off (System applet, system restore).

     To start over again using XP.  You disable System Restore, Go to Start > Control Panel > System > System Restore tab and check "Turn Off System Restore on All Drives"    Reboot the computer and then enable system restore again and try to create a manual restore point and restore to it.  

    If you are using WMe.
