Reinstallation caused resolution problem
This may not be the appropriate forum, if not, I apologise.
I recently had a bad virus, and after much help from the virus/hijack forums, I needed to reinstall.
I now have a nice empty computer. I reinstalled the drivers and utilities as well. When I go to Display/Settings I cannot move the resolution past 640 X 480. Went to Advanced/Monitor, and it shows Default Monitor, and Properties is faded and unclickable. Monitor Hardware Settings has only Use Hardware Default Setting as a choice.
I am out of ideas. Anyone know why I can't access anything to change it?
