USB Error Message

I desperately need something to tell me how to resolve this error message I get everytime I plug into my USB to download my pictures from my digital camera:

USBD(01) + 0000094F Error: OE : 0028 : FF09990F

    You haven't provided much information, but suffice it to say this is not a hard drive problem. I would suggest starting here:
