SPA DISK Response Time Threshold set to 20 MS.
The default threshold in SPA for Average Disk Response Time is set at 20 MS. Isn't that way to high. Shouldn't Response time above 10 MS be considered slow on a SYM? Thanks

Yes, thresholds can be set to whichever values one needs / likes. However these thresholds apply for all objects. Ie setting response time thresholds for a certain device group is not possible.

20ms might be wonderful for an application doing mostly large block read miss.
20ms might be horrible for a MF OLTP type workload
As with any performance question, it depends. Can't this be set to what ever you think is acceptable?
