I just bought a server from a seller in Craigslist.  It is running Windows 2008 R2 Standard.  I have asked the seller for the admin password, but he said he doesn't haven't too.  I read the T420 manual and tried "Disabling A Forgotten Password" jumper, it doesn't work.  I also tried removing the CMOS battery, it doesn't work.  Any other suggestion?

I know dell have a policy in place not to help resetting admin password due to abuse, but I can provide info that I am the owner of this server.  Please help
