I have an automated task that ensures that the iDRACs in my environment have some general setting managed and I noticed that there are not a small number of servers in the environment that have pending bios updates and require a reboot before any racadm tasks related to the idrac config will be updated. I do not have the luxury of rebooting the servers outside of a very specific window which is a while off. I am wondering if there is a way to force the changes without rebooting and without clearing the jobqueue something like 

racadm -r n.n.n.n -u root -p calvin get -t xml -f config.xml -l n.n.n.n:/nfs/share/ --force
