I have a T310 that is monitored with OpenManage. In Power Supplies Information everything is green for both power supply 1 and 2. In Voltages PS 1 Voltage and PS 2 Voltage are reading 0 V.
Voltage sensor 11 [PS 1 Voltage] reads 0 V Voltage sensor 12 [PS 2 Voltage] reads 0 V
The server appears fine and has not posted any other warnings or errors.
If the system is working then it is a reporting issue. Not all power configurations are capable of reporting voltage information. You appear to have redundant power supplies with a power distribution board that is capable of reporting this information. I suggest making sure you have the latest supported version of OMSA installed. Also, if there are any hardware changes OpenManage Server Administrator may not report information correctly on the hardware until after a system restart. Many hardware inventory processes only occur on system restart.
You can find the latest version of OMSA supported on your system under the System Management category of the download page. The managed node version is the one you put on the host system.

Hi and thanks for the post.
Can you confirm if you are using OpenManage Enterprise? (www.delltechcenter.com/oment)
Just wanted to double check since we have a number of OM forums and want to be sure we get you to the right one.
Also may check here:
