EMC Cloud Tiering Appliance with Unity VSA issues
Hi I am getting the following error with failed archival (never worked so far):
(ERROR) Unable to create DHSM connection to unity server "NAS1". Error: Fail to create/modify DHSM connection for the specified file system because the connection to the remote server has failed. (Error Code: 0x6720650).
In the CTA, the connection succeeds when I validate connectivity to the Unity VSA. In addition, there is some data making it up to Azure. Any ideas? Thanks

Unfortunately it is VSA and not licensed. No option for service request.

I would suggest to open a service request
Unless you find a knowledgebase article with the very same error message I think this requires more info and a formal investigation
