I'm not sure if this is a Dell problem, an Explorer problem or a VISTA problem or if I'm even in the right forum but here goes.

 

I have a Dimension E520 running Windows Vista.  When I first set up the computer about 4 months ago I was having an issue when I was on the Internet using Explorer and all of a sudden about 25 windows of IE would open up one after another and nothing seemed to stop it until I was able to get Task Manager open and just start trying to close IE.  I thought it was a mouse problem at first so I switched from the Dell mouse to a Logitech mouse and everything was great up until about a week ago and I'm having the same problem again.

 

Anyone have any ideas about what is causing this?
