I couldn't access a website and got a message Internet explorer cannot display the webpage.  When I clicked on diagnose connection problem it said the most likely cause was a firewall blocking my ftp ports and contact computers manufactureer for help.    My http and https connections were fine.  Is there a way for me to get FTP addresses?
