Spyware

I have Norton System Works Pro 2004 and Norton Personal FireWall 2004.Would iI still be advisable to install a Spyware program.

Yes. Adaware and Spybot S&D are highly recommended for detection and removal. SpywareBlaster is a tool for anti-infection and should also be used.
