Virus Problem

My virus scan keeps letting me know that I have "potentially unwanted programs", but then they can't be clean. Just a few minutes ago it went from 1 to 16. 14 were deleted, but 2 remained. They are not causing other problems like pop ups even when my internet isn't opened. Here is my HijackThis readout. Any help would be great. Thanks, Jason

Hey mcjae,

You do have some things that need to be taken care of. Before getting started, you should update to the newest HijsckThis! v1.98.2 by launching HJT and clicking Config=>Misc Tools=>Check for updates online. This version checks for some new items that v1.97.7 doesn't.

After updating, post the new log into THIS thread and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do any 2 Online scans TrendMicro RAV Kaspersky McAfee Bit Defender Symantec

And a Trojan scan Sygate Trojan Scan Trojan Scan and let up know which viruses/trojans of any are detected

Do you have a firewall ?have you dont the windows updates?IF you anti virus the latest one?

I currently use McAfee Personal Firewall Plus and both it and my McAfee virus scan I keep up to date. I also just did the windows update. Let me know if there is anything else I should do.

Now, with all windows closed, except HiJackThis, click " Fix checked".

Clear out temporary internet files, including offline content, and any ' temp' directories; use DiskCleanup.

Locate and delete the desktop shortcut (if present), that references:   q1Gfxw4l2.exe. You might try running " Desktop Cleanup Wizard" since this is ' unused'.

Locate and delete the following item(s), if present. Be sure your able to view hidden and system files.
