Wireless vs Ethernet

Is it possible to connect a wireless laptop to an ethernet wired PC that use a common wireless/ethernet Router/Hub to share a printer and files?  The router firewall is on and the laptop is only connected to the internet wirelessly.

The first place is would be either the instruction/installation manual for your router and wireless card or the manufacture's web site.
