Customer asked me to automate pool rebalance in an environment comprised of VMAX-1,VMAX-2 and VMAX-3. My reading found that pool balance command only available for code 5874 through 5876, which means VMAX-3 is not able to run pool rebalance. So it brings me assumption that VMAX-3 balances pool periodically by itself and no manual balance is required any longer. I am trying to find statement about it but no luck. I would like to confirm following here.

1. Is it true that VMAX-3 balances pool automatically?

2. If it is true, is there some parameters to control its behavior like scheduling?
