Hello,

I am HAPPY to inform you that we have recently released a hotfix for vWorkspace 7.5 that finally supports RDP 8 and clients running on Windows 8. With this connector you will be able to connect successfully to vWorkspace Virtual Desktops and Applications.

The vWorkspace 7.6 version of this hotfix will also be released soon.

If you want to test it: (at your own responsibility)

1. Download the hotfix from   https://support.quest.com/SolutionDetail.aspx?id=SOL100305 
2. Extract the contents and from the connectors folders choose your connector AppPortal=vasclient32.exe Web Connector=vasclient32t.exe 
3. Uninstall any previous vworkspace connectors and restart the computer 
4. Install the new connectors, enjoy :-)

 

Remember this is version 7.5 of the connector, but although not recommended, you will still be able to connect to virtual desktop with pntools and brokers on version 7.6
