ACPI BSOD Problem

I just received this computer (Inspiron 8600) from Dell.  It's my 4th replacement and now this one is now having issues, although not nearly to the extent of the other three.  It won't stay on for more than about 30 minutes before crashing into a BSOD - usually (but not always) related either to the ntfs.sys or the w29n51.sys files.  When I reboot, it simply says it's a device driver problem.  I have reinstalled and updated every single driver on my computer to no avail.  After some careful research, I have tracked it to an ACPI problem.  If I switch from ACPI to Standard PC, it seems to work fine, but I lose a lot of functionality that I shouldn't have to give up.  So now I'm back on ACPI and the problems are back.  It's very, very frustrating but I'm not sure what else to do.  Has anyone else had this problem, and, if so, found a work around or a fix?  Anyone have any idea how I can fix the problem and keep my ACPI?

Thanks guys!

Did you ever get this resolved?  I seem to be having a similar problem with BSOC and w29n51.sys with a new Inspiron 600m.

    TIA.
