Apparently, I'm the ONLY one!

...that is happy with their Dell and/or Vista! :smileywink:

Serioulsy... I got my XPS M1210 in December, upgraded the RAM to 2 gigs in January, upgraded to Vista last week and so far I'm loving it.

Had to do some minor software updates, a few new drivers and wait (what seemed like) FOREVER for it to install...but thus far, no problems.

I must be doing something wrong. ;)

After five days of tinkering, I'm finally in the appreciate Vista camp.  Its running remarkably smoothly, now that I've got the drivers installed, and finally got my bluetooth card working.  The windows and start menu need some serious tweaking, but that's cosmetic.  Now just to get rid of pesky McAfee Spamkiller and its non-Vista capableness.

I'm happy with my system too.  I have the XPS 400, bought the retail full version and did an inplace install.  Only big problem was the Sonic thing conflicting with Roxio.  Got the patch and all is a-okay.  All tweaked up to my liking.   :smileyhappy:
