I get the "invalid partition error " while booting my operative system Windows 8.1 x64.

I purchased a Windows 10 enterprise standard license and tried to install Win 10, but I'm keeping getting the error for the pc needs to restart several times during the installation, so I cannot complete it.

I read the error it's because of a bug in the bios or something like that, so I want to reinstall the bios to fix the issue and then install win 10.

MY DOUBT -> My dell venue comes with Win 8 but now I formatted the partition and I'm gonna install win 10: should I install the bios file for win 8.1 or the one for win 10?
