Hi!

I have a Dell E310 desktop computer. I want to format the harddisk and install a NEW Windows XP.

I tried reinstalling XP with the reinstallation CD that came with the computer. In that CD I can't format the harddisk. I want to get rid of all the data on my Harddrive. I reinstalled the XP but the files I have from the previous installation are still there. Please Help me!!
