Can't proceed with creating a USB Flash Recovery Drive
I have a new Dell Inspiron running Windows 8 and I want to create a Recovery Drive on a USB flash drive. I ran the "Dell backup and recovery" app, selected Recovery Media>USB Flash Drive>Continue, and selected which among my USB flash drives is the one which I would like to be my Recovery Drive. My problem is that the "Start" button on the page does not become enabled. I did a Windows Update. Nothing changed. If I select "Discs" instead of "USB Flash Drive", the "Start" button appears to be enabled (i.e., blue). What should I do to enable "Start" to create a USB Flash Recovery Drive?
