Hi  When i go to any of the above there's nothing showing. If i start in safe mode the control panel items are there and can be used. Scandisk shows no errors. I read a post to delete the panel files and restart, let windows rebuild the files. Will this fix all three items?     Windows ME   Dell XPS-Z    Pen. lll   128 MB Ram.   Thank  you.
