I have a problem with my dell xps 8000, one day my pc didnt boot so i decided to restore it but nothing happens it didnt boot, so i decided to use the factory restore option in the choices, after the process was done it deleted all my files(that i know gonna happen) but then my OS wasn't restored :emotion-12: but the guidelines states that in http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/kcs/document?docid=266618 STEP10 "When the restore operation is completed, click Finish to
restart the computer.
The software is now installed as it was when the
computer was first received".
