When installing the dell notebook system software, i get an error message: Setup failed setup cannot run on this machine. Does anyone know how to fix this?

And also, what windows components/services are needed for this program, because i think my computer are mising some and thats why i am getting this error. Dell live chat is useless and did not understand my problem
