In the near future I am going to be doing a HUGE renovation to my Dell Dimension 3000. Basicly the only thing I'm going to be keeping is the case, power supply, hard drive, and RAM. I'm going to remove the DVD drive and CD burner and put a DVD burner in one slot and a second hard drive in the second slot. Replacing the motherboard, CPU, and Graphics card. Would I run into any problems with WindowsXP by replacing and changing out so many parts?

Yes. When you change the motherboard you no longer have a Dell computer and your copy of XP is licensed for use only on a Dell computer. It is unlikely that you would be able to install XP (which looks for a Dell BIOS) and even less likely that you would be able to activate it.
I have replaced many motherboards and have install XP without any hitches. I have the license for XP, so this is no issue. If the system is out of warrantiy, what else does one have to fall back on?
Well I have no other choice if I want to make this system a decent gaming system. Cause dell, in the their infinite wisdom, only gave me PCI expansion slots. Not even a AGP. The only Windows CD I have is the windows CD that came with my computer. Further edit: I tried using that chat with an associate feature to ask if I replaced the motherboard would I run into problems with WindowsXP, but my computer was out of waranty :(

NO, As long as you have all the drivers for these new devices. After installing XP, then install the drivers.
