i am missing installer files and nobody can help me dell say's it,s microsofts proplem, microsoft say's it,s dell's proplem there the one how are suppose too help me i do not want too reformat my computer. the proplem is when i try too open microsofts programs i get an error message saying installer patch cannot open please check...........Ihave tried too reinstall my microsoft works suite but it will not run the plinks for a second or two then nothing.i have downloaded the microsoft install cleaner but scared too use it.this proplem all started when i downloaded the new office 2007 beta,I use speech reck.software in word do too disability when i saw that it stopped I deleted it right away but didn,t help any help would be helpfull even if it is too backup my stuff befor reformat my dell demension 5150c with xp pro has no floppy disc drive so i don,t know what too do. it does have dvd burner if that helps?
