I have a new dell with Vista OS. As of lately I received this virus called "youspellit " ???? and it continues to startup everytime I start my computer. It doesn't appear in my default browser or anywhere !!!!!!

 

I've tried several virus scans ...not working still.  Need help trying to get rid of this virus.
