I assume you have an XP reinstallation CD? If so, you just need to reboot your PC with the disk in the drive (assuming your BIOS is set to boot from the DVD drive before the hard drive; if it's not, then you need to enter the BIOS setup and change the sequence). The XP CD will walk you through the steps to reinstall and format/partition the drive if need be.
