How do I manually run the Windows XP Setup Wizard

We OEM Dell Latitude D530 laptops with a product that we sell. Our manufacturing technicians have a setup procedure that requires going through the Windows Setup Wizard on a brand new computer. We've just run into a computer that must have been taken out of stock and returned, so Windows Setup Wizard has been run, but we don't know if it is correct. Does anyone know how to manually re-run the Windows Setup Wizard without going through a complete re-installation of Windows? I'd appreciate any help.

If the system has PC Restore on the hard drive, you could reset it to exactly the way Dell (should have) shipped it. I presume that will launch the setup wizard again after the Restore is done.

Reboot and press/hold Ctrl before XP starts to load. Quickly press F11 and release both keys at the same time. Follow the prompts. Note that everything installed on the hard drive after Dell shipped it will be lost.

I wonder if your company is using Sys Prep to deploy these laptops? If they are, they will have to re-image the hard drive to get this mini setup to run again.
