Hello, I just purchased two Dimension E521's from DELL.  Both came installed with XP Pro.  I have installed IIS 5.0 on dozens of other machines (Dell and otherwise) without any problem, but for some reason these two machines don't want to run IIS 5.0.

 

I installed correctly through Control Panel --> Window Components.  When I go to http://localhost I get a 403 Forbidden  (You are not authorized to view this page) error.  I have uninstalled and re-installed as well.

 

Never had this problem before so I wonder what is different about these two computers.

 

I have dug through the forums and not found anything that applies/works. Any thoughts?
