Images viewed and cache

Doesn't Windows store all the images you have viewed in the cache? Even if you have not saved an image can't it be retrieved somehow?

One remote possibility is in the temp folder. Go to Start ☞ Run and in that box type in %temp% and [OK]. If it's not there, I don't know off-hand where to look as it wasn't saved.

I have better luck finding them using "Disk Cleanup".

Start--Run Type in "cleanmgr" (NO QUOTES) OK

But don't click "OK", because that will delete the cache.

Instead, on the "Temporary Internet Files" and click "View Files". Look in the folders, too.

    Also, go to start--Run

    Type in exactly, with quotes:

    "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files"

    OK

(Replace "Username" with your login name)

P.S. This is for Internet Explorer Browsers Only. (not Firefox, or Opera, etc)
