INSTB32.SYS

I recently ran Windows Defender it noticed a file INSTB32.SYS was trying to install itself, I believe as a driver.  Does anyone know what this might be?

    Do you have LoJack for Laptops installed ?

    Yes I do have Lojack...it was installed about 2 months ago.

    Lojack is calling home and checking to see if your laptop has been reported stolen.

    OK.... Unusual way of doing it.  Couldn't even find anything on their website about this.  I could have easily refused this when it popped on Windows Defender.  At least it's not a Trojan.
