HI, I have a 4600c and need to get a replaement IR cable.  EVERYONE I speak to at DELL has no idea what I am talking about.  Does anyone have the correct part number for this.

 

Also, as I was typing this I got transfered 4 times to the "4600c pros"  and then just got frigging disconnected..  What type of people does Dell have working there that don't know how to use the transfer button on the phone and don't speak English?
