Only one at a time...HELP!

Ther is something strange about my IE?yahoo. All of a sudden it will only allow one window and one application at a time. Example, if I wanted to open another IE/yahoo window, this one would disappear (close) instead of minimizing and a new Yahoo home page will take its place. I can only open one at a time

    Have you tried the tools,internet options, advance tab,browsing, uncheck reuse windows for launching short cuts. Hope this helps.

    Augie -

     Thanks for the helpful suggestiopn. It didn't do anything for the problem. I wound up using  System Restore and it took care of the problem. I think that  it had to do with removing some spyware that convsersly corrupted some registry files controling the internet. Luckily, I had a restore point a week old and it was old enough to restore the problem. Thanks for the suggestion and for being out there to help. All the best...
