Dell Dimension 4500

Had to reformat - re-install of failed XP SP2 upgrade

Now, Win XP Home SP3

I am unable to install Power DVD, using the Dell Power DVD Cd that came with the computer.

OpenPhysicalMemory Failed

Then, "This software can only be installed on a DELL system."

All hardware on the computer is OEM.

Please help.

Thanks.
