Was running a virus scan and received 18 potential unwanted programs - gave file name and PUP name - Adware-MWS - my son just added an ethernet connection to play PS2 online and also connected a new lap top.  I have no idea what a PUP even is and I have no idea if I should delete these/quarantine or what to do - I dont want to ruin what he has already set up - any help greatly appreciated.
