With the limited information you provided, the best thing is to use the "System Restore" feature and restore your PC to a date/time PRIOR to moving the program from the start menu.  That should restore it.

And how you use System Restore, is go Start -> All Programs, Accessories, then System Tools, then System Restore, choose a date and it will restore back to that.

Just Right Click on the shortcut, drag it to start button, hold it there until the menu pops up, drag it to All programs, hold it, then drag it to any location and release. Answer Copy here and you'll have it on the Desktop and in the menu.

Or try to right click the shortcut and select pin to start menu. If you already deleted the shortcut, first go to recycle bin and right click the shortcut and choose restore it will go back to the desktop.
