once DELL now don't help me re-install my XP anymore, (they used to...they try to "fix" the tired windows...bla bla bla... and in the end the answer was always to re-install) ...now, neither over the phone or live on their chat...

I wonder if one of you out there can help me do so, before my computer freezes to the point I can't no longer check my emails!!! I can't open my files, sometimes can't access the internet, etc, etc.

Please! Could you send a step by step instructions???

... the manual does not help at all... I've read so many "how to do's" and nothing is giving me simply what I need... I don't know what to do anymore...this will be the 3rd or 4th time I need to do that, since my first DELL computer in 2000... sometimes I just wish I had bought a Mac :-(
