Recycle bin disapeared

Hi,

I just noticed the recycle bin is no longer on my desktop. Where did it go and how do I bring it back?

Right click on the desktop, choose personalize, on the left side of the pane under tasks, choose change icons. Be sure recycle bin is check marked, click apply then ok. That should add the icon back to your desktop. Not sure why it disappeared. CK

It didn't disappeared, somebody deleted...

Make sure whoever uses the computer do not make other changes that may make the computer to work unproperly

Thanks. It's back. I have no idea why/how it disappeared. The only other person that uses the computer is my wife. Maybe it's a Vista bug. :smileyindifferent:

Its not a Vista bug. It is very easy to hit the "Delete" instead of "Empty Trash". I do it all the time. I've learned to be a bit slower so I can read the warning and cancel!
