Script Error

I have my internet through People Pc.  It will let me connect to the internet, but there's always a box that pops up saying the following:
Script Error
Line: 522
Char: 3
Error: Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignments.
Codes: 0
URL: file://C:\ProgramFiles\ISP40\hta\login.brt

What does all of this mean??  Also, how do I stop it from coming up??!
If anyone has People Pc, does it kick you off the internet a lot??  Mine does that too, and it's not set for idle disconnect b/c I will be using it and it kicks off.  I hope someone can help me!!   Thanks.

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Options, the Advanced tab, check the box next to "Disable script debugging".

Aside from that, I know nothing about People PC as an ISP.
