hi

1:i checked my vostro 1400 performance and tool in event logs.

there is long list of error and warning messages that some programs taking longer than usual to start  and close at windows start up and shut down which may degrade system performance. each time there are different programs causing this.is it normal?

can any one explain this please

 

 2:and also it show an error message which was on some date in 2006, i orderd my system in july 2007 and recieved in august.if it were in testing stage it should be on date around july-augest 2007 not in 2006?

please guide me
