Unable to install Roxio Creator software

Using a Dell E310/ Win XP. Have two 70GB drives.

Rec`d from Dell back up disks ,Roxio Creator My DVD Combo and a Application disk. Installed the Application disk but when trying the Roxio Creator a popup says I don`t have enough drive C space. Says it requires 4,295,006,011 KB of space which is 4gb I believe.  The Roxio disk is only 380mb.

My drive C has 47.7 GB of free space.

Wish it were so but not needed.

I did a full system recovery a few days ago .  I`ll be happy if I can get the DVD stuff to work again.

Went to Roxio Support. They said to remove everything with the name of Roxio or Sonic which I did. They also had instructions for doing something to the Registry which I did not do.

Roxio loaded ok and it`s working.

Yes a lot of things were not working but I think they are all ok now.

I have a older IBM computer. The systems disk has some options. One is where everything is wiped off drive C and then Win 98SE is installed. This option is called "Full Recovery" by IBM.

I`m not sure what it may be called now.
