I have a Dell Dimension 4700, using Windows XP OS. I cannot open Dell Jukebox & want to uninstall & reinstall it's software but don't know which software to use for reinstallation among the batch of CDs that came with the computer. Marto38
Unfortunately Jukebox is not available from Dell online. You can get the Yahoo version online, but I gather you would rather have the Dell version.
Dell changes things from time to time, so I can't guarantee this is true for your computer. My D2400 came with a blue label disk with the title Application at the top. Contents were stated to be Antivirus, Support, Multimedia, and Internet software. If I allow this disk to autorun and install its application, I can click on "Application" at the top of the screen and find Jukebox ver 8.2 on it. Perhaps you can do the same.
Another note; if you upgraded your Dell version to achieve faster speeds try to find your upgrade key before removing anything. When you reinstall you will need the key to restore Jukebox to its upgraded state.
