update from Dell support cannot install

I just received a message from dell support that an update was available for sonic error message on Windows Vista. I accepted the update but I got the message: Drag-to-Disc 32Vista could not be located on your system. Reinstall it... What I am supposed to do? My computer is brand new.

    Are you saving or running the file???
    If you are running the files, save it, once is saved right click on the file, and select run as administrator
     
    If you are saving the file, and double clicking it, do the same, right click and run as admin... As I remember drag to disc update ask for close the explorer and it close it automatically.
     
    This update is if you receive an error message when your computer is initialized about "Driver blocked due a incompatibility issue, Sonic DLA"... If you don't have that error, the update may not apply for you, or is not so necesary...
