How did you "restore" the PC? Did you do a complete reinstall? and if you did, did you install the Chipset Drivers?
The chipset drivers are an often skipped item and they are crucial to a successful install. The correct and required install sequence is (1) Install Windows (2) Install Chipset Drivers (3) Install Device Drivers such as sound, video, etc.
The USB drivers are just the built in Windows drivers, there are no 3rd party drivers, what USB Drivers are you trying to install?
