I accidently uninstalled my USB Smart Card Reader by the safely remove hardware.  How do I reinstall it?

 

Under the hardware, I get this message:

Windows cannot use this hardware device because it has been prepared for "safe removal", but it has not been removed from the computer. (Code 47)

To fix this problem, unplug this device from your computer and then plug it in again.

However, I don't know where it is to unplug and replug it in, or if there is an easier way.
